Material crime
Material (consequence) crimes - the offense in which the perpetrator's offense is committed and the result of that offense.
If someone is going to get results, but he does not lead to it, he does not commit a crime known as a result. However, this leads to criminal liability for attempting to commit a crime.
The Polish Penal Code stipulates that penal liability for a criminal offense committed by an omission shall be limited only to the person under whom the legal obligation to prevent the result has been imposed.
