The Wielkopolska Center for Education and Self-Government Studies (WOKiSS) - an association founded in June 1990. It gathers 241 gminas and 30 counties from the area of ​​Wielkopolska - it is the largest regional self-government association in Poland.

The aim of the Association is to support the idea of ​​local self-government by taking actions aimed at preparing personnel for local communities, enabling the improvement of qualifications of employees employed in local government administration and information and advisory activities.
