Zenon Bilewicz
Zenon Andrzej Bilewicz (born 3 February 1947 in Bydgoszcz) - Colonel of the Polish Army.
Graduated from the Law Faculty of Nicolaus Copernicus University in ToruĊ (1965-1969), received a Master's degree in Law. Obtained as a graduate, he terminated in the service of the candidate until 1971. In 1971 he began professional military service as a soldier in the rank of military lieutenant in the Military Internal Service. In 1975, he served as deputy commander of the International Military Police. From 1984-1987, he was posted to the Central Engineering Board (Cenzin company) (arms trade). in the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations.
Since 1990 Head of the Department of the General Staff of the Polish Army, then from 1991 in the Military Information Services - in turn: Head of Unit, Head of Unit, Head of Office, Head of Studies and Analysis (1999), meanwhile in 1992-1993 He served in the UN mission (United Nations Interim Administration in Cambodia - UNTAC) as commander of the international military observers sector, and also completed postgraduate studies (1995-1996) at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. In the years 1999-2002, in the specialized intelligence agencies of the NATO Intelligence Board (BOS) - Board Member, NATO Intelligence Board (NIB) - deputy head of the Polish delegation, WSI representative.
Since August 30, 2002, he was Deputy Head of the Foreign Intelligence Agency and resigned from the rank of colonel on November 24, 2005.
