Gasoline engine
Gasoline engine - a spark-ignition internal combustion engine in which a fuel-air mixture is produced in a carburetor.
Nowadays it is increasingly common for carburetors to replace carburetors, which allow for precise control of the amount of fuel injected (maintenance of the excess air ratio at an appropriate level). The limited air ratio allows for the use of trifunction catalysts and the emission of toxic exhaust gas components at a very low level (significantly lower than that of the carburetor supply).
