In 1902, he graduated from the Pazia Corps, and in 1911 he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. He served in the lejbgwardii regiment. He participated in the First World War. From August 1919 he was the chief of staff of the garrison of Odessa. From October of that year he commanded the 2nd regiment of cavalry regiments. In November he became the chief of staff of General P. Ossowski's division, which was developed in the 5th Infantry Division. He was then the Chief of Staff of the Independent Cavalry Division. On July 20, 1920 he went to the SHS Kingdom, but soon returned to Crimea. He became the commander of the reserve regiment of cavalry. After the evacuation of white troops to Gallipoli in November of that year, from February 1921 he was the commander of the cavalry reserve squadron in Gallipoli. He resettled in the SHS Kingdom. He served in the Yugoslav border guard. In 1928 he was promoted to Major General of the Yugoslav Army. During the Second World War he cooperated with Germans. He served in the Russian Protective Corps.
