Treaty of Philinosa
Philinus Treaty - one of the three treatises signed between Carthage and Rome. The clauses of the Treaty of 507 BC, where the Carthaginians committed themselves not to attack the Latin allies of Rome.
The Philinus Treaty was signed in 306 BC. Except for contracts of 507 r. P.n.e. It was accompanied by a memorandum in which the Romans undertook to cease trading and to establish new towns in Spain, Africa and Sardinia. The treaty confirmed the friendship between the Carthaginians and the Romans.
