Building property

Building property - a building which, on the basis of special provisions, does not constitute a component of a land property but is a separate property from the land. It can be created when the perpetual user builds a building on the ground that is given to him for perpetual usufruct or when the perpetual user acquires the building at the conclusion of the contract of giving the land for perpetual usufruct.

The building property is defined in art. 46 § 1 and Art. 235 § 1 of the Civil Code. Read about legal notices in Wikipedia.
