Blathnat
Blathnat - in the mythology of the Irish spouse of King Munster Cu Roia.
In love with Cuchulainne, the enemy of Cu Roia, betrayed the entrance to her husband's fort by pouring milk into the stream flowing through the castle. Cuchulainn could then discover the direction of his run and enter the castle. Cu Roi was killed in battle. Cuchulainn drove away, taking Blathnat. He also took the bard Cu Roia, Fer Cherdne. But when they stopped over the cliff, the bard took advantage of the opportunity to save his master. He grabbed Blathnat and threw himself into the abyss. Bibliography
