Wiesław Kossakowski


Wiesław Ryszard Kossakowski (born 17 October 1957 in Płock) is a Polish politician, Member of Parliament for the second term of office. Curriculum vitae

He graduated from the 3rd High School in Plock. In 1990 he obtained the mandate of the town councilor of Płock for the Polish Green Party. He was a member of the Sejm II term elected from the list of the Polish Peasant Party in Płock province. He was nominated by the PSL as the leader of the PPZ. During the term of office, the party signed an agreement to join the coalition of the Democratic Left Alliance, which led its chairman to the SLD parliamentary club. After the party was formed, SLD became its member.

In 2002 he again sat in the Płock city council. In December 2003 he was suspended from the SLD club, and in February 2004 he was removed from the party. He then joined the creation of local structures of the Polish Social Democracy. In 2006 he was elected to the Płock local council of "Our City of Płock". He works as a plenipotentiary for quality management in the Municipal Building Society in Płock. In 2010, he did not renew his mandate, starting with the list of our "Our Country" association.
