Agricultural Botany - a branch of interdisciplinary botany combining knowledge of botany with specialized sciences in the field of plant production (ecology, phytopathology, herbology, grassland, horticulture, agrochemicals, agricultural engineering). Within the general crop and plant sciences, its purpose is to understand the biology and ecology of plants that affect the production of high-quality, high-quality maintenance crops at economically justified costs. The anatomy and morphology, physiology, systematology and ecology of plants grown on farms and associated weeds are the subject of study.
