Accountant of the Year

Accountant of the Year is a national competition held annually from 1998 to 2009. Its aim was to highlight the best financiers in Poland and to promote them as key partners in business management. In the last four editions, the competition for practitioners was also held in the student competition edition. This is a prestigious event integrating the accounting environment and finance professionals, implemented by the Infor publishing group, the Accountants Association in Poland and the industry software producers (Matrix replaced in 2005 by the Sage Symphony). He was very appreciative of the participants and representatives of business circles, local and central authorities, opinion leaders and the media. Unfortunately, due to the resignation of the main sponsor, since 2010 the competition is not conducted.
