The Chassidic Synagogue in Pinsk

Chassidic Synagogue in Pinsk (Китаевская синагога) - a temple belonging to the Chassidic Pins, erected in front of the orthodox synagogue at ul. Queen of Bony (1939 name).

The synagogue was also called "kitay" because of the material of the local Hasidic costume or "Stoliner" synagogue - from the name of the town in Polesie, from which the spiritual leader of the community came from.

The synagogue was the only one operating in the city after World War II, but it was eventually decided to demolish it. Now, through the area of three Jewish temples (Great, Papa and Hamidrasz klojz), there is a busy intersection of Belowa and Korża streets.
