Tadeusz Strumff


Tadeusz Strumff (born April 12, 1933 in Warsaw) - Polish writer, reporter and publicist.

He graduated from high school. Stefan Batory (matura 1951). A graduate of Polish Studies (MA 1955). Lecturer in Polish at the Peking University, then at the Peking Institute of Foreign Languages ​​(1955-57). On his return to Poland he worked in the biweekly Contemporary (1958-1971) as head of the reportage department, the editorial secretary - with a break from his stay in Bogatynia, where he worked as a cultural inspector in the Mining and Energy Complex "Turów" (1961-62). After the closing of the Contemporary, he was briefly head of the reportage section of the Literature weekly. From 1972 to 1990 he worked in the journal Trybuna Ludu as head of the reportage department, then reporter and publicist. Since 1990 retired. She lives in Warsaw. Publications

He made his debut in 1950 with the poems "Efficient for Work and Defense" and "To a friend Hans's open letter" in the Youth Banner, where he also published prose, articles and reviews (1952-53). For his proper debut, "Friends" in Almanac Literary "Iskier" (1954). In 1953-56 he published reports and articles in Po Prostu. He was a laureate of numerous awards in the reportage competitions.
