St. Barbary in Krywałie - the oldest sacred building in Knurow. It was built in 1887 by the funds of Paulina Güttler, the owner of the local gunpowder. The chapel was built in Neo-Gothic style of clinker brick.

30.V.2011r. Renovation completed. The statues of saints disappeared from the alcove of the shrine, and the bell, cast by Nicholas Szyma, was stolen as if it were a little fallen tree, knocked down one of the towers. Before the war, the chapel was praying every day at 6:00 pm.
