S-SIM - SIM card with built-in memory and microprocessor, presented by Samsung Electronics at Cartes 2006, held in Paris. It has built-in NAND flash memory, which allows storage of up to 1 GB of data. The card is compatible with the High-Speed ​​MultiMedia Card. In addition to the standard user identification functionality in mobile networks, it allows you to store a large amount of data and enable additional services and applications.
