Accessory coils
Accessory minerals are rare occurrences only in some types of rocks, most often do not decide on belonging to a particular group, but sometimes provide a basis for separating a specific type of rock. They are most often found in crystalline rocks (igneous rocks and some metamorphic rocks). They create large macroscopically recognizable crystals. They are most often represented by tourmalines, pomegranates, chromite, and are also often referred to as zircon and apatite.
