Convergence 8-Ball
Convergence 8-Ball is a billiard game that is a variation of eight, referring to the nine rules. The game is for two people. It is played on standard billiard table, standard set of balls (15 numbered balls and white play). This game is for advanced players. Rules
The rules for setting balls and breaking are the same as in eight. Players before the break determine who will have "down" (balls numbered from 1 to 7) and who "up" (9 to 15). To win the player must hit all his balls and then in a legitimate black ball.
However, there is an extra rule: a player with a "down" always has to hit the lowest numbered ball on the table, ie when he hits the ball the first ball must have contact with the lowest ball on the table (rebounds from the band do not count to "contact", contact is even recognized as a brush). Similarly, a player with a "top" must hit the highest ball on the table. After a foul and this includes the lack of first contact with the ball the lowest / highest opponent gets the ball from the hand and can place it anywhere on the table. The player who first picks the # 8 ball wins.
