Prodoks Sp. with o.o. was founded in 2001 and has been promoting books based on traditional values, especially Christian ones. In 2005, Prodoks began publishing Good Magazine, which was a combination of a catalog and magazine aimed at readers looking for Christian values ​​in the world.

Since January 2008, thanks to the agreement between Roman Kluska and the civil company "GLORIA24.pl - Tomasz Balon-Mroczka, Józef Dusza, Halina Marchut, Andrzej Sobczyk", the second owner of prodoks.pl and Prodoks Sp. with o.o. was liquidated (deleted from the National Court Register on 25 October 2008).
