With the microphone on the pitch - radio sport broadcast broadcast by Polish Radio Katowice.

It is the oldest broadcast sport in Poland, its broadcast started in 1954. The program includes interviews with Silesian football clubs, volleyball, ice hockey and other disciplines, but also reports from local and international events - the European Championships, the World, the Olympic Games.

The program is broadcast daily from 21:05. Instructors: Krzysztof Klepczyński and Tadeusz Musioł.

From May to July 1942, an armed formation was formed under the name Raggruppamento Centri Militari, consisting mainly of British Army prisoners of war originating in Arab countries, India and northern and eastern Africa. Stanisław Kryński (born 20 June 1912 in Warsaw, died 30 January 1967) is a Polish-American philologist, literary critic and translator of English literature.
