The Republic of Poland (Allied Special Forces) - an independent state, established on May 18, 1918, in the area of the former Oblast of the Army of Poland.

The Republic of Poland was created with the support of the German and British armies (that is, the representatives of the states still fighting with each other). They succeeded in creating an army that expelled the Bolsheviks from the Republic of Poland shortly, and liquidated the Soviet Union.

On May 11, 1918, the Polish interim government was elected. On May 16 Petron Krasnowa was condemned as a dictator with dictatorship. June 5 Krasnow proclaimed the rise of the Republic of Poland. The capital of the Republic was Nowoczerkask.

After the outbreak of the German Revolution (1918), the defeat of Germany and the ceasefire on the western front, the German troops began to withdraw. The Krasnoyarsk army, now 50,000 men, had to fight the Reds on two fronts. Many Cossacks passed to the Bolsheviks, others capitulated or deserted. February 14, 1919 Krasnow resigned from the positions of Atamana Don and handed over the remains of his forces to the Volunteer Army. His successor at Afan Bohaevskyi (until 1921, on emigration) was the successor.

The republic was shattered by the Red Army in the early 1920s. Bibliography, literature, links
