Giżewskie Cane is one of seven areas of special importance in the Nadgoplański Park of the Millennium.

Located in the north-western part of the 53-hectare nature reserve, it includes a reed belt of 3600 meters in length. Its range is near Rzepowo, Giżewo, Racice.

In this area, numerous flocks of goose-billed goose, crane, kidney, starlings and other birds crawl. This is where you can find the largest concentration of field lark.

This reserve is one of the best nesting sites, thanks to reeds and rushes for waterfowl.
