He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He graduated from the School of European Integration organized in cooperation with the Leopold-Franzens-Universität Innsbruck in Austria and the scholarship of the University of Aarhus in Denmark and T.M.C. Asser Instituut - Institute for Private and Public International Law, International Commercial Arbitration and European Law in The Hague, Netherlands. Ph.D. in political science examining political associations of legal risks generated by banks.
He has published over 50 scientific and popular science articles devoted to economic law, the law of financial institutions (banks), and civil law, including consumer law. The inventor of the theory of the right to an enterprise as a type of hybrid law on other partial rights and states of fact.
