Cemi (Serbian: Цијевна - Cijevna) is a river in northern Albania and southern Montenegro, the left tributary of Morača in the catchment of the Adriatic Sea. Length - 62.2 km (30.8 km in Albania), catchment area - 368 km² (238 km² in Albania), average flow - 25.5 m³ / s.

Cemi is produced at an altitude of about 1500 m n.p.m. from the combination of many mountain streams flowing from the western part of the Prokletije mountain range. It flows south-west in a narrow valley. Near the village of Tamarë takes its largest tributary - the mountain river Cem and Vuklit. On the Albanian-Montenegrin border, Cem breaks through the last gorge and flows into the valley where Lake Szkoderskie lies.
