Donnerjack


Donnerjack - science fiction novel by Roger Zelazny and Jane Lindskold, originally published in August 1997 by Avon Publishing (ISBN 0-380-97326-X). In Poland, the book was published by Rebis in 1999, translated by Norbert Radomski (ISBN 83-7120-806-5).

This is one of Zelazny's last works, completed after his death by Jane Lindskold. The novel is not related to the Specter Jack. Description of the plot There are two worlds, Verite and Virti. The first is ours, and the second is the equivalent of virtual reality, which contains many elements from myths and legends. The Entropy Lord calls Ayradys, the beloved Donnerjärke, the engineer, and the Virtu expert, in which he is a living legend. Death agrees to get her back for the price of the palace, and their first child to be born.
