Nicholas Hajduk


Mikolaj Hajduk (born 29 April 1933 Kobylanka - died September 2, 1998 Bialystok) - educator, journalist, poet, prose writer and tour guide. Curriculum vitae

Author of many articles on folklore, historical and cultural issues, published in Niwa, Journals and Orthodox Review. The author of historical essays "Paratunak", stories titled "Tryzna", the collection of legends "Białowieża tales" and "Union of Brzesk." 1596. Together with his wife Lidia he wrote 11 textbooks for teaching Belarusian language and literature. Member of the Polish Writers' Association and the Union of Belarusian Writers. Director of High School with Belarusian Language of Teaching in Bielsko Podlaski (1965 - 1971).
