Coat of Arms of Opole is one of the oldest coat of arms in Opole Silesia. The present coat of arms comes from the image of the sealed from about 1600. It is a two-pronged insignia in the pole, with a longitudinal plate tapering downwards, consisting of two fields - blue and yellow. In the right field (heraldic side) on the blue background is a half golden eagle, in the left field on the yellow background diagonally set twig of the vine with one blue clump and three green leaves.

The coat of arms has the city of Środa Śląska.
The designs of the coat of arms appeared on the oldest city seal of the fourteenth century - half an eagle on the right side and an oblique three twigs on the left. The twig of the vine is visible from the 1600s.
Strzelce Opolskie coat of arms is also the coat of arms of the Strzelce Opolskie commune. Bibliography
