Wiktor Vlasov

Wiktor Vlasov (born 1951, died February 20, 2008) is a Russian general.

Since 2004 he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Russian Federation's Accommodation and Equipment Service, and since November 2007, has been its head. He coordinated the housing program for the soldiers. On February 20, 2008, he shot in his office, according to unconfirmed information, death was related to irregularities in the sale of premises in the center of Moscow or weaknesses in his service, which showed control.
