Activation allowance


Activation allowance - a form of financial aid paid by the Labor Office to a person who was unemployed with the right to unemployment benefit, has taken up employment or other paid work on his own initiative, or has taken it - as a result of referral from the county employment office - working time and receives a salary less than the minimum wage for that job.

According to Art. 48 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on Promotion of Employment and Labor Market Institutions, the activation allowance is available to the unemployed person entitled to the benefit if:
