Elżbieta Chojna-Duch


Elżbieta Chojna-Duch (born 22 May 1948 in Warsaw) - Polish lawyer, habilitated professor of law, academic teacher, from 1994 to 1995 and from 2007 to 2010 Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Finance, Member of the Monetary Policy Council, 2010 -2016.

Curriculum vitae

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. From 1974 to 1999 she was an assistant professor in this department, then she became a professor at the Department of Financial Law. In 1991 he was a lecturer at the Center for Local Government and Local Development Studies at the University of Warsaw, and in 2005-2007 she was the director of this unit. From 1995 to 2000, he held the position of Vice-Rector of the Higher School. Paweł Włodkowica in Płock.

In the parliamentary elections in 1993, she was unsuccessfully applying for a parliamentary mandate from the BBWR, and in the 1997 election from the list of the Polish Peasant Party. Between June 1994 and November 1995 she was Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Finance. For one year she chaired the council of the National Health Fund. She also attended (2002-2007) in the college of the Supreme Chamber of Control. On November 27, 2007, PSL was re-elected deputy finance minister again. On January 8, 2010 the Sejm appointed it to the Monetary Policy Council. Four days later, she was recalled from the position of Undersecretary of State. On January 20, she submitted an oath to the Sejm in connection with taking over the duties of the MPC member. Selected publications Bibliography
