Kazimierz Franciszek Błasiński (born 26 September 1932 in Oregów, died 5 July 2007 in Wrocław) is a Polish Olympic rower, Olympic athlete from Melbourne (1956). Son of Francis and Anna (from Myśliwiec). Awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.

In 1952 he graduated from the State High School of Mechanical Engineering in Poznan and in 1956 he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Wroclaw University of Technology.
