Ryszard Brzezik


Ryszard Brzezik (born 27 March 1949 in Pierzchały) is a Polish economist, self-governor, former deputy minister of agriculture.

He graduated from the School of Planning and Statistics, and then went on to become a doctorate in economics. He specializes in agricultural economics. Professionally associated with the Institute of Agricultural Economics and Food Economy.

In the first half of the 90s he was a consultant to the finance minister first, then to the URM deputy prime minister. In the years 1997-2001 he was a deputy minister in the agriculture department, initially as secretary of state, then under the rank of undersecretary of state. In 2002 he assumed the position of finance director at the Agricultural Property Agency.

In the years 1990-1994 he sat in the council of Wesoła. In 2006, 2010 and 2014 (from the Civic Platform), he was appointed a councilor of the Wesoła district council. Selected publications Bibliography
