Vytautas Landsbergis-Žemkalnis


Vytautas Landsbergis-Žemkalnis (born 10 March 1893 in Linkavichiai near Pokroja, died 21 May 1993 in Vilnius) - Lithuanian architect, son of Gabrielius and father of Vytautas Landsbergis.

In 1913-16 he studied architecture at the Technical University of Riga. After the First World War he continued his studies at the College of Architecture in Rome.

In the interwar period he was employed as a city architect in Kaunas.

From 1959 to 1971, the chief architect of Vilnius. Bibliography
