Nature reserve Grafik - forest nature reserve located in the south-eastern part of the Opole Voivodeship, in the area of the Świętej Anny Landscape Park, near Leśnica, Czarnocin and Lichynia. Established in 1994. Description
The total area of the reserve is 27.66 hectares, under strict protection of 27.43 hectares. The reserve is dominated by 130-year-old beech growing on a thick layer of loess, susceptible to water erosion. There are two forest communities in the reserve: acidic lowland beech (protected community in Poland) and fertile beech forest. There are rare and endangered species in the region.
The Grafik Reserve features a small valley and is distinguished by its varied landscape sculpture. Among the many plant species growing here, there are also protected species. In the reserve there are also protected mushrooms. The most interesting of these is the giant flag. There are also many species of birds and mammals, including: buzzard, woodpecker, woodpecker, green woodpecker, kuna forest, jenot. In the vicinity of Czarnocina there are numerous sources of crystalline water, from which flowing streams flowing into Łącka Woda.
The name of the reserve is derived from a stone monument located in the stone forest of the same name. On the monument is the inscription "Filio", commemorates a tragic event. During the hunt, the son of count Renard of Strzelec Opolski was fatally shot. Drive
By bus from the direction of Strzelce Opolskie, Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Zdzieszowice. On foot from the train station, take a black trail to Mount St. Anna and the didactic path from Mount St. Anna to Zalesia Silesian through the reservation Grafik and God Eye. You can get by car to Mt. Anna or to Zalesia and go the path as above. There is a decorated path with tables describing the reserve and resting places with seats and benches. Visiting the reserve for organized groups after prior notification at the Park headquarters. Walking is free.
