Renata Šerelytė
Renata Šerelytė (born in 1970 in Šimonia) is a Lithuanian poet, writer, publisher and literary critic. Curriculum vitae
After finishing high school in his hometown of Šimonia, she undertook work in the school library, but after one year she resigned from her studies. In 1994, she graduated from lithuanian and linguistics at the University of Vilnius. She made her debut in 1986, publishing her poetry in the magazine "Moksleivis". She later collaborated with the children's magazine "Žvaigždute", as well as with the cultural magazine "7 meno dienos" and the magazine "Jaunimo gretos". Currently he directs the literary section of the Vaivorykšte dramatic theater ("Rainbow"). She lives in Vilnius.
In his literary career, he has published several collections of short stories, the first of which was "Skinning Fish" in 1995, as well as a collection of historical-adventure stories, novels ("Ice Age" and "Name in the Dark"). poems for children and several dramas. Her works are well known outside of Lithuania, her tales are translated, among others. to English, Polish, French, Swedish and Russian. Awards
