Graduates of junior high school. Stanisław Konarski in Rzeszow, later studied in Vienna and at the Jagiellonian University. Having passed the required exams as a junior high school teacher, he taught in Bochnia and Tarnów, and then (from 1909 to 1934) at the 5th Cesarsko-Royal Secondary School in Cracow. At the same time, in the years 1916-1939, he was the head of the "Wiedza" matura courses, for which he prepared and published in two collections the History of Polish Literature in Outline (1929).

The creator of moody lyrics in the convention of symbolism (eg published in 1898 in a Stanislaw Przybyszewski-edited "Życie", modernist in the mood of the poem The White Swan, which brought him short-lived fame). He published two collections of poetry: in 1897 Poetry T. 1, and in the next year - Behind the sun. Poetry. He was valued as a translator of ancient literature; He translated the comedies Aristophanes (Βάτραχοι), Clouds (Νεφέλαι) and others, Euripides Medea and Hekabe, and Schiller's Song of the Bell (Das Lied von der Glocke).

In 1913, he was awarded the title of collaborator of the Philological Commission of the Academy of Arts in Cracow. Bibliography
