Hospital cart.

Hospital truck - bed (properly cradle) on wheels, for transporting patients within the hospital or performing minor procedures.

The hospital trolley has no head restraints and handrails, allowing easy access to the patient from all sides. It has height adjustment, which makes it easy to move the patient to a hospital bed, operating table, X-ray table, etc. Sometimes it is equipped with a handy tabletop, an infra-red stand or a container for eg dressings or small appliances.

More complicated trolley structures allow for example to convert the whole into a chair with footrests.
