Invertase (β-fructofuranosidase, β-fructosidase, saccharase, EC 3.2.1.26) - hydrolyzate class and glycosidase subclass that catalyses hydrolysis of fructofuranoside (+) - sucrose to give (+) - glucose and (-) -fruktozy.
