Law Enforcement Against Prohibition


Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP), an international nonprofit educational organization that launched its public service in January 2003. LEAP has 100 lecturers and an Advisory Board composed of: Governor of the State, Four District Court Judges, Sheriff, Five Former Police Chiefs, Mayor of Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada) - Former Officer of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Former Colombian Attorney General and from the UK were Scotland Yard's Chief Commissioner and Chief of Staff, who was the chief operating officer of the drug police in England.

The organization was created to create a forum for current and former law enforcement officials who have been affected by the drug policy and for those who support alternative solutions to reduce mortality, morbidity, crime and number of drug addicts.

These four categories of problems and harms were to be resolved through the war on drugs.
