Bögen (Бөген; ros .: Бугунь, Bugun) is a river in southern Kazakhstan. Length - 164 km, catchment area - 4680 km². Snow regime. Bögen is formed by the combination of the Kattabögen and Balabögen rivers, flowing from the southern slopes of the central part of the Karatau mountain range. It flows south-west, supplies an artificial water reservoir of 63 km² and enters the Bögen reservoir in the Syr-dari valley. Water used for irrigation. At present, the Syr-dari pool connects the Türkystan irrigation channel.
