She was the daughter of Vladimir and Sophia. From the age of fourteen, encouraged by her father, she practiced mountain tourism in the Tatras. This passion continued after settling in Rabka in 1932, where she participated. In the winter ski section of the Podhalan Association camp. From 1935, she belonged to the Rabbi's Polish Tatra Society and joined in active activities in this organization, including taking part in rallies (among others, she took 1st place in the starboard rally at Halina Lipowska, organized on the 30th anniversary of the Tatra Skiing Association). and organizing rallies or competitions for young people from Rabka area and surroundings. She cooperated with such activists as Jan Bieś, Władysław Klempka, and also with her husband, Dr. Witold Korczak-Żebracki, since 1937, acting as the president of the branch.

During the occupation, when his husband was interned in Hungary, Zofia Żebracka took over his duties and led a bottling of beer "Okocim" in Rabka. She also cooperated with the guerrilla, providing shelter and other help. Social activity

In 1951, she became active in the then-formed Polish Society of Tourism and Touring (PTTK) in Rabka; In 1953 she organized the first winter post-war ski rally. In the years 1959-1975 she ran several mountain tours of the holiday season, from the Sudeten to the Bieszczady Mountains. These holidays were addressed to adults and youth (in the 70s of XX century Zofia Żebracka accompanied her granddaughter, infected with the passion of mountain wandering) and passed by almost a thousand participants, including part took part several times.
