Baking chapati चपाती (चपाती, چپपाती, urdu: چپاتی, IPA: cəpa: t̪i) - round thin pancakes with unleavened wheat flour, kitchen base in South Asia, especially in India and Pakistan and East Africa. They are made from wheat flour, water and salt. Cappuccino is baked on hot stone or on a convex metal dish of tava. Ćapati is used as a cutlery, taking with them the food served.

A variation with added corn flour or lentil meal is called roti.
