Drégelypalánk is a village and municipality in the northern part of Hungary, near the town of Balassagyarmat. The village is located in the North-Central Highlands, near the border with Slovakia. The administrative district of the village belongs to the county of Balassagyarmat, which is part of the Nógrád county.
