Sovereignty-Work-Justice

Sovereignty-Labor-Justice (SPS) - a small Polish political party with a conservative and social profile, operating in the years 2003-2005. History SPS was founded in 2003 on the initiative of Senator Zbigniew Romaszewski, after his departure from the Polish Reconstruction Movement. It was intended to be a party combining "cultural conservatism" and "social sensitivity". Registered April 16, 2004.

Zbigniew Romaszewski was the leader of the party, deputies and members of the Solidarity opposition were Stefan Niesiolowski and Jan Rulewski. The group also included Benedykt Czuma, Krzysztof Kaleta, Jan Orgelbrand, Paweł Piekarczyk, Zofia Romaszewska and Ewa Bugno-Zaleska. Discussions on the joint action were also conducted with the former leader of the Labor Union Ryszard Bugaj, who did not, however, decide to join the party.

The SPS, registered under number 186 of the EPP, has not taken any further action. In January 2005, she presented Ewa Zaleska to the Senate in the Konin Region (she took over, 7th place). Stefan Niesiołowski withdrew from the SPS, taking on the Senate in September of the same year on behalf of the Civic Platform, while Zbigniew Romaszewski advocated cooperation with the Law and Justice, on behalf of which he also ran for the Senate and, like Stefan Niesiolowski, mandate. Ewa Zaleska took part in the same election from the list of Patriotic Movement (who did not get seats). Eventually, the SPS was removed from the register of political parties on 17 October 2005 and later put into liquidation, some of its leaders (apart from among others the Romaszewski marriage) joined in the various years with the PO.
