Jarema Trzebiński (born December 15, 1970 in Wrocław) is a Polish lawyer, researcher at the University of Wrocław, judge of the Tribunal of State (2005-2011).
In 1996 he graduated from the University of Warsaw. He then went on to study doctoral studies at this university, completed his doctoral degree in law in 2002. At the same time, in the years 1996-1998 he held a legal apprenticeship, and then until 2001 he was appointed as a judge in the District Court for Wrocław. In 2001 he was appointed Judge of the District Court for Wroclaw-Fabryczna. In 2006 he was elected Vice President of the State Tribunal. He chaired the composition of the TS during the trial of former Treasury Minister Emil Wąsacz. On November 14, 2007, he was re-elected to the TS, this time as a member.
