Tretajuga (Devanagari त्रेतायुग, Treta Yuga) - In Hindu cosmology, the second part of Mahdi is 1,296,000 years old. Before the tretajuga is satjajuga, and after: bapara and kalijuga. Tretajuga is referred to as the silver age.

People living in this period lived 10,000 years. In relation to satjajuga, the quality of human qualities such as memory or health has deteriorated. In this age, crime and debauchery began to appear.

According to the Vaisnava, there is a specific form of Vishnu in each jug, and so for the tretajuga it is a red avatar.

The recommended form of self-fulfillment during this period was the execution of great firefighters.
