He graduated from the Academy of Music in Lodz in violin class. In 1969, under his leadership, Boomerang, Alibaba and Jolanta Borusiewicz won the National Song Festival in Opole for the song "Hey day woke up" and in the same year they performed at the Festival in Sopot. He wrote songs with such authors as: Agnieszka Osiecka, Wojciech Młynarski, Andrzej Kuryło, Leon Sęk and Janusz Kondratowicz. Together with Grażyna Świtała, he recorded several entertainment programs for Polish Television with country and pop songs and many carols. He has appeared in the USA, Canada, USSR, throughout Western Europe, Arab countries, Australia. He worked as a musician on various passenger ships. A long-standing member of the Association of Polish Authors and Composers (ZAKR) and the Association of Authors ZAiKS. For many years he has been an active member of the authorities of these associations, taking part in the work of the Audit Commission.
