Boleslaw Kliś - Colonel of the Polish Army, head of the 5th Division of the Supreme Military Prosecutor.
Boleslaw Kliś on November 14, 1982, with Colonel Hipolit Starszak, the head of the Office of Investigation in the building of the Military Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, had a talk with Lech Walesa. Its purpose was to familiarize Walesa with the provisions of martial law and to oblige it to sign a declaration accepting these regulations. Walesa did not sign the document but promised that the law would try to comply. The manuscript has the signature of both colonels. The document is accompanied by an unsigned text of a martial law obligation and the text, signed by Klisia and Stanszak, stating that Walesa refused to sign the undertaking.
