Gotfryd Gremlowski


Gotremry Gremlinsky, ps. Ghandi (born 5 November 1931 in Chropacz, 10 October 1987 in Bergisch Gladbach) is a Polish swimmer and water footballer, national representative of the Helsinki Olympics in 1952.

Polonia Bytom competitor in 1945-59. In the years 1960-67 competitor of the OWKS Kraków. He won 36 titles of the Polish Champion, 27 times established Polish records (in 1955 the first Polish swimmer who passed the 400 m distance in less than 5 minutes). He also played water polo in the Polish championship - Polonia Bytom (1950, 1959, 1964) and represented national colors (1954-1955). After his career, he emigrated to Germany. Bibliography
