During World War II, as a second lieutenant, he was the commander of the 104th Polish Syndical Syndicate Syndicate "Róg" in the Warsaw Uprising. After the war, a long-time director of the Engineering Company in Warsaw, as well as a scientific secretary of the department of water management and atmospheric air protection. In the years 1937-1998 editor of "Water Management", honorary member of the magazine.
