Assignment of receivables
Assignment of receivables - one of the ways to secure the return of a certain amount of financial resources (usually loan, but also funds to finance contracts), consisting in transferring the debt of the borrower by a third party to a given bank. The transferee is called the cedar, and the acquirer is the custodian.
The subject of this assignment may be any claim if it is not regulated in a different way in the law or through the contract of the parties. Each borrower is obliged to instruct his or her debtor to transfer the amount due to the bank, which can then be used to repay the entire debt.
